1. What's the advantage of electric bike?

Electric bike is environment- friendly and nice-looking. Our products can meet EN15194 standards,with different sizes, different designs, folding and unfolding, mountain and city, you will have a relaxed and wonerful riding experience.

2. What’s the delivery time?

Usually it takes 7-45 days to complete the production.

3. What colors are available?

Normally, for the samples, we would recommend the colors such as black or white. For bulk order, many popular colors would be offered or customized as per customers’  demands.

4. Can you do our logo or brand on the bikes?

Yes, we can do OEM and ODM, mostly for bulk orders.

5. Can I order a sample first for a test and evaluation?

Yes, trail order is available.

6. How to delivery a sample?

An electric bike sample usually shipped via express by air. Sea shipping costs may be low , but the sea port charge(clearance, handling) is higher, similar as air shipping.

But for some countries which could not shipped by air , sample will be shipped by sea to destination of sea port .

7. Can I mix different models in one full container order?

Yes, we accept 3-4 kinds of different models in one full container.

8. What's your payment term?

Payment via TT, Alipay, L/C, Western Union and Paypal is acceptable.

9. Do I need to buy spare parts for the first order?

It is recommended for you to buy some spare parts for your local customer services.

And the quantity depends on your orders and we will give you advise upon request.

10.How long a battery could be used ?

Lithium battery could be recharged for 600-1000times ,and could be used for 2-3 years under normal conditions of use and reasonable care. More information about battery please refer to Lithium battery FAQ.
