Warranty Process

If there are any problems with the electric scooters or electric bikes which you bought from us , please contact us . Send us the pictures or video along with description .We will confirm the problem through your information and guide you to fix it .If replacement parts are needed, we would offer the new parts but you need to pay for the freight .we will send you the video and guide you to complete the replacement .

Damages due to following causes are not accepted for warranty:

Traffic accident, man-made collision, fire disaster, dip in water ,falling down or other impacts;Overload, over speed or other behaviors against application regulation in the manual.Parts damage caused by improper disassemble, refit,changing of inherent settings;Paint peeling off or abrasion because of exposure, heavy rain , cleaning by high pressure water gun or chemical solvents.Beyond the rules of operating manual.Maintenance in unauthorized placeForce majeure
